You are about to begin the registration process for the 2025 Low-Carbon Agriculture Conference & Expo. 

 

If you are registering as a sponsor, please use the link sent to your primary contact as part of your confirmation process or email jessica@ccem.com.au; do not use this page.

 

All information should be typed in upper and lower case (ie John Citizen).

On submission of your registration, you will receive a confirmation email to the email address used below. Please complete the following information and ensure that the fields marked 'required' are completed before continuing on.

Cancellation Policy

 

Should you elect to cancel your registration, a full refund less a $200 cancellation fee per registration will be made on any cancellations received, in writing, by Friday 3 October 2025. There will be a 50% refund for cancellations made between 4 October – 17 October 2025.


No refunds will be issued for any registration cancellations made after October 17th although substitutions of delegates will be accepted. All cancellations must be made in writing to the conference coordinator.

Registration Categories

Farmer Registration
To be eligible for the farmer registration fee you must derive income from a farming activity and register under the name of that enterprise. 

 

Non-Farmer/Corporate
This category is for all registrations that do not fall into any of the above. 

 

Group Discount
To be eligible for the group discount (3 or more from the same organisation or farm) you must register at least 3 people at the package rate and indicate the same organisation/farm name for each delegate.

 

‘Early Bird’ Registration 
To be eligible for this registration discount registrations must be received prior to 5pm on Friday 19 September 2025 with payment. If payment is not received within this time, regular rates will automatically apply.

Conference Evening Functions

There are three evening functions being offered as part of the conference. 

Welcome Function - Tuesday 4 November
This function is included in a full registration package. You may purchase a ticket here if required for additional guests or if you are a day registrant for $99 per person. 

Gala Dinner - Wednesday 5 November
This function is an optional extra, and tickets can be purchased below for $155 per person.

 

Happy Hour - Wednesday 5th November

Networking opportunity with delegates, speakers and exhibitors. One ticket is included in a full registration; additional tickets are not sold separately.

Welcome Function - Tuesday 4th November

A ticket to the Welcome Function is included in your full registration however please confirm your attendance here. You can also purchase additional tickets for guests.

Summary of Registration

The following is a summary of your registrations. Please click the 'Edit' button to check your individual registration details. You can edit the individual details with the registration.

Accommodation Bookings
Delegates are to make their own accommodation and travel arrangements. There is a wide variety of accommodation with walking distance of the Convention Centre and there are some suggestions on the website.

Event Cancellation 
Should circumstances beyond the organisers control stop the Conference being conducted it will be postponed to an appropriate future date and venue. All registrations and payments will be held over to the new dates. Should you not be able to attend the new dates a full refund will be provided.

Insurance
Delegate’s registration, accommodation and social function ticket fees do not include insurance of any kind. The organisers recommend taking out an insurance policy of your own choice with your local insurance or travel agent.

Condition of Entry 
It is a condition of entry that no delegate may disrupt the order of events or intent of the program. Anyone considered to be disturbing the program intent will be asked to leave. Only pamphlets and brochures approved by the event organisers may be distributed.

Terms and Conditions

Payment

You have 2 payment options

EFT Payments
You can generate your own invoice now for EFT payments. Bank account details will be on the invoice you receive when you complete the registration process. You may pay in full or part - as long as the full amount is received within 30 days of the conference. Please note that to be eligible for earlybird rates payment must be received by the earlybird cut off date.

Credit Card Payments
You may pay now via on line credit card payment (note a 1.5% merchant fee applies). You will be issued with a tax receipt/invoice showing a zero balance owing. This option only allows for the payment of the full amount outstanding.

A reminder that delegates are required to make their own accommodation and travel arrangements, there is a wide variety of accommodation options within walking distance of the Albury Entertainment Centre.
