BeefEx 2024 - Delegate Registration Page


You are about to begin the registration process for the 2024 BeefEx Conference. All information should be typed in upper and lower case (ie John Citizen). On submission of your registration you will receive a confirmation email to the email address used below. Please complete the following information and ensure that the fields marked 'required' are completed before continuing on.

If you would like to register and manage a group please use the GROUP REGISTRATION PORTAL.

If you need assistance during the registration process call Bradley Hayden on 0412 461 392. By registering for the conference you are required to accept the following cancellation Policy.

If you are a sponsor/exhibitor you are required to register through a different site, please contact jessica@ccem.com.au for the link to do so.

 

NOTE - As at 04/10/24 the only way to complete and submit a registration is to pay by credit card.


Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made in writing (via email) to bradley@ccem.com.au. Should you elect to cancel your registration, a full refund less a $150 cancellation fee per registration will be made on any cancellations received by Friday 27 September 2024. No refunds will be issued for any registration cancellations made after 27 September although substitutions of delegates will be accepted. Please note that cancellation fees will apply whether or not payment is received at the time of registration. Refunds will either be processed to the credit card used, or to a nominated bank account if paid via EFT. By submitting the registration form, you are agreeing to these conditions.

Registration Selection

You have two registration options - you may register for the full conference (which includes the 3 evening functions) or a day registration (which does not include the evening functions). Please make only ONE selection below for yourself. You can then repeat the process for any additional delegates you are registering once you have completed this registration.

 The Early bird discount applies to registrations received and paid by 5.00pm Friday 6 September 2024

To be eligible for the Member Registration rate you will need to be a current member of the Australian Lot Feeders Association (ALFA).

If you would like to join ALFA as part of the membership process, please check the box below and make any relevant notes. This will allow you to register at the member rates. ALFA offers several membership categories with the membership year running from 1 July - 30 June annually. Membership starts at $350 for Individual Associate Membership. Full membership options and application link can be found on the ALFA Membership Page. If you click this box and do not complete your membership within 30 days your registration will convert to the non member rate.

Registration Selection - Special Under 1000 head Feedlots

You have confirmed that you operate an NFAS Accredited Feedlot with a licenced capacity of 1000 head or under and are subsequently eligible for the discounted BeefEx 2024 Full Delegate Rate 'Under 1000' for $550. The ticket includes two full conference days and all social functions.

To be eligible for the 'Under 1000' rate you must be an owner and/or direct employee of a current NFAS Accredited Feedlot. The offer is not exclusive to ALFA Members.

We welcome non-member feedlots to join their industry association for ongoing benefits and encourage you to join ALFA as part of the registration process. To do so, please check the box below and ALFA will be in contact with you to finalise the process. ALFA Feedlot Membership for those with 1000 head capacity or less is currently $440 p.a. Full membership information can also be access on the ALFA website www.feedlots.com.au

Conference Cancellation Policy

The Australian Lot Feeders Association and the conference coordinators, Countrywide Conference and Event Management, will not accept liability for any damages of any nature sustained by participants or their accompanying persons or loss or damage to their personal property for the duration of the conference.

Condition of Entry
It is a condition of entry that no delegate may disrupt the order of events or intent of the program. Anyone considered to be disturbing the program intent will be asked to leave. Only pamphlets and brochures approved by the event organisers may be distributed.

Photography & Video Disclaimer
Australian Lot Feeders' Association (ALFA) will be taking photographs and shooting film of the BeefEx conference, exhibition and social events. ALFA reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at these events, without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video. ALFA may use the photograph/video in publications or other media material produced, used or contracted by ALFA including but not limited to: brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, television, websites, commercial sales video etc. By participating in the BeeefEx conference event or by failing to notify ALFA, in writing, your desire to not have your photograph used by ALFA, you are agreeing to release, defend, hold harmless and indemnify ALFA from any and all claims involving the use of your picture or likeness.

Terms and Conditions

Payment

You have 2 payment options

EFT Payments
You can generate your own invoice now for EFT payments. Bank account details will be on the invoice you receive when you complete the registration process. You may pay in full or part - as long as the full amount is received within 30 days of the conference.

Credit Card Payments
You may pay now via on line credit card payment (note a 1.8% merchant fee applies). You will be issued with a tax receipt/invoice showing a zero balance owing. This option only allows for the payment of the full amount outstanding.

Travel & Accommodation - A reminder that you are required to book your own travel and accommodation for the conference. We encourage you to make the most of your conference experience by staying on site at Rydges Fortitude Valley (adjacent the conference venue) where ALFA have negotiated special conference rates.
