Please use this registration page if you are registering as an individual (as opposed to being part of a group). If you have been nominated by your Council as a voting delegate you must register through your Council's Group Coordinator via the Group Registration Portal.

Please note that a texting service will be used for alerts during the conference. It is recommended that you nominate the delegate's mobile number that will be on site at the conference.

Every effort will be made to ensure the Conference catering is varied, nutritional and inclusive of differing tastes. Coach transfers are offered for the following and can be booked below

  • Single transfer from nominated hotels to the conference venue (Rosehill Gardens) on Sunday 12 November
  • Return transfer from nominated hotels to the conference venue on Monday

Cancellation & Privacy Policies

Cancellation Policy
Should you be unable to attend, once registered, a substitute delegate is welcome to attend in your place at no additional charge. All cancellations and amendments must be advised in writing to the Conference Secretariat, Bradley Hayden, at bradley@ccem.com.au. Cancellations made by 5pm on Monday 30 October 2023 will be eligible for a full refund less a $350 administration fee per registration. Cancellations made after 5pm on this date are not refundable.

Voting Delegates
Voting delegates can collect the programmed electronic voting card upon registering. On Monday 13 November, a voting handset can be collected before entering the plenary room and returned when leaving the plenary room. NB: You are required to pay $150 inc GST fee if these items are not returned. By registering for the Conference, you are deemed to have acknowledged and accepted this fee.

When you register for the conference, LGNSW collects personal information from you to process your registration. If you do not provide or we cannot otherwise collect all the information we request or need, we may not be able to register you for the conference. LGNSW may disclose your personal information to third party conference organisers and third party service providers, who may be located overseas and may store your information overseas. We may with your consent where required, use your contact details to send you (by telephone, post, email or SMS) marketing communications about our programs, products, services, promotions and events. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time, by particular means or at all, by following the unsubscribe function in the message we send, or by emailing or calling us.

A nametag scanning facility will available on site for sponsors and exhibitors to scan delegates’ nametags, resulting in delegate contact details going straight to the scanning sponsor and exhibitor. It is your choice to have your contact details passed on to our supporters. By checking the box below you are deemed to have acknowledged and accepted this process. 

Condition of Entry
It is a condition of entry that no delegate may disrupt the order of events or intent of the program. Anyone considered to be disturbing the program intent will be asked to leave. Only pamphlets and brochures approved by the event organisers may be distributed.

Photography & Videography 
Please be advised that there will be a videographer and photographer onsite during the Conference to capture footage of the event. This footage may result in the imagery/sound of Conference attendees being used for promotional activity included in LGNSW emails, website and social media. If you do not wish to participate, please advise a LGNSW staff member on the day.

Liability for your registration
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, LGNSW and the Conference Secretariat do not accept responsibility or liability for the loss of expenses incurred by delay, cancellation, or miscommunication. By completing and submitting the online registration form, you are deemed to have read and accepted the cancellation and privacy information.

Payment Details

EFT Payments
You can generate your own invoice now for EFT payments. Bank account details will be on the invoice you receive when you complete the registration process. A reminder that to be eligible for the Earlybird rate payment MUST be received by 28 September 2023. 

Credit Card Payments
You may pay now via on line credit card payment (note a 1.5% merchant fee applies). You will be issued with a tax receipt/invoice showing a zero balance owing. This option only allows for the payment of the full amount outstanding. Note - if paying by credit card do not put spaces between numbers when inputting your credit card number.
