On submission of your registration you will receive a confirmation email to the email address used below. Please complete the following information and ensure that the fields marked 'required' are completed before continuing on.

To be eligible for the Member Registration rate you will need to be a current member of the Australian Lot Feeders Association (ALFA).

If you would like to join ALFA as part of the membership process, please check the box below and make any relevant notes. This will allow you to register at the member rates. ALFA offers several membership categories with the membership year running from 1 July - 30 June annually. There are a range of options available, starting from $50 (+gst) for students. Membership details and an application link can be found on the ALFA Membership Page. If you click this box and do not complete your membership within 30 days your registration will convert to the non-member rate.

Conference Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made in writing (via email) to bradley@ccem.com.au. Should you elect to cancel your registration, a full refund less a $220 cancellation fee per registration will be made on any cancellations received by Friday 4th September 2026. No refunds will be issued for any registration cancellations made after the 4th September although substitutions of delegates will be accepted. Please note that cancellation fees will apply whether or not payment is received at the time of registration. Refunds will either be processed to the credit card used, or to a nominated bank account if paid via EFT. By submitting the registration form, you are agreeing to these conditions.

Disclaimer
Every effort is made to ensure that the contents of this registration information are correct. The organisers retain the right to make changes where necessary. The Australian Lot Feeders Association and the conference coordinators, Countrywide Conference and Event Management, will not accept liability for any damages of any nature sustained by participants or their accompanying persons or loss or damage to their personal property for the duration of the conference and tour.


Condition of Entry
It is a condition of entry that no delegate may disrupt the order of events or intent of the program. Anyone considered to be disturbing the program intent will be asked to leave. Only pamphlets and brochures approved by the event organisers may be distributed.

Payment

You have 2 payment options

EFT Payments
You can generate your own invoice now for EFT payments. Bank account details will be on the invoice you receive when you complete the registration process. You may pay in full or part - as long as the full amount is received within 30 days of the conference.

Credit Card Payments
You may pay now via on line credit card payment (note a 1.8% merchant fee applies). You will be issued with a tax receipt/invoice showing a zero balance owing. This option only allows for the payment of the full amount outstanding.

Travel & Accommodation

You are required to book your own travel and accommodation for the conference. The Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre (GCCEC) is ideally positioned in the heart of the Gold Coast, a stone’s throw away from the pristine beaches and the bustling leisure district of Broadbeach.
