Registration for the 2025 Australian Wagyu Association Conference

 

You are about to begin the registration process for the 2025 Australian Wagyu Association Conference. All information should be typed in upper and lower case (ie John Citizen).

On submission of your registration you will receive a confirmation email to the email address used below. Please complete the following information and ensure that the fields marked 'required' are completed before continuing on.

Early bird discount – a $200 early bird discount applies to registrations received and paid by Tuesday 4 March 2025, reducing the registration fee to $1,460 for members and $1,780 for non-members.

 

Day Registration

Member Registration - $730 per day

Non-Member Registration - $930 per day

Day registrations will be accepted for all three of the conference days This charge does not include evening functions however these may be purchased at the nominated rates. Day registration includes:

Pre & Post Conference Tours

Pre-Tour (Southern WA: Stone Axe and Irongate): 5 – 8 April 2025 (tour participants would need to be in Perth on the 4th)

The pre-conference tour will usher delegates through two major vertically integrated Wagyu operations located in some of the most picturesque country Australia has to offer: Stone Axe Pastoral and Irongate.

 

Post-Tour (Northern WA: Pardoo and Broome): 12 – 14 April 2025

Wrapping up WagyuEdge25 is the post-conference tour through the north of the state, visiting the iconic Pardoo Station and other unique locations around Port Hedland and Broome.

 

PLEASE NOTE - The conference tours are only open to conference delegates. The Double/Twin rate is a PER PERSON so you must register 2 people at this rate to be eligible. If you do not wish to attend a conference tour please click 'Next' below to complete your registration.

Conference Cancellation Policy 

All cancellations must be made in writing (via email) to bradley@ccem.com.au. Should you elect to cancel your registration, a full refund less a $200 cancellation fee per registration will be made on any cancellations received by Friday 14 March 2025. No refunds will be issued for any registration cancellations made after 14 March although substitutions of delegates will be accepted. Please note that cancellation fees will apply whether or not payment is received at the time of registration. Refunds will either be processed to the credit card used, or to a nominated bank account if paid via EFT. By submitting the registration form, you are agreeing to these conditions.

Disclaimer 

Every effort is made to ensure that the contents of this registration brochure are correct. The organisers retain the right to make changes where necessary. The Australian Wagyu Association and the conference coordinators, Countrywide Conference and Event Management, will not accept liability for any damages of any nature sustained by participants or their accompanying persons or loss or damage to their personal property for the duration of the conference and tour.

Condition of Entry 
It is a condition of entry that no delegate may disrupt the order of events or intent of the program. Anyone considered to be disturbing the program intent will be asked to leave. Only pamphlets and brochures approved by the event organisers may be distributed.

Terms and Conditions
Payment

You have two payment options:

EFT Payments
You can generate your own invoice now for EFT payments. Bank account details will be on the invoice you receive when you complete the registration process. You may pay in full or part - as long as the full amount is received within 30 days of the conference.

Credit Card Payments
You may pay now via on line credit card payment (note a 1.8% merchant fee applies). You will be issued with a tax receipt/invoice showing a zero balance owing. This option only allows for the payment of the full amount outstanding.

Travel & Accommodation

You are required to book your own travel and accommodation for the conference. There is a huge variety and number of accommodation venues within the Perth CBD. A shuttle bus service will be offered from Perth CBD to Optus Stadium for the evening functions being held there. For accommodation suggestions go to the accommodation section of the conference webpage.
