You are about to begin the registration process for the XI International Symposium on Irrigation of Horticultural Crops. All information should be typed in upper and lower case (ie John Citizen).

You will receive a confirmation email on submission of your registration. Please complete the following information and ensure that the fields marked 'required' are completed before continuing. Should you wish to register more than one person you can repeat the process at the conclusion of this registration.

Cancellation Policy


Cancellations received prior to Monday 1 December 2025 will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee & unavoidable banking charges. Cancellations received after 1 December 2025 will be non-refundable. If the registrant is unable to attend, a substitution request in writing will be considered by Organising Committee at no extra charge.

 

NOTE - as at 03/12/2025 the only method to complete and submit a registration is to pay by credit card.

 To be eligible for the member rate you must be a current member of the International Society for Horticultural Science (ISHS).
To be eligible for the early bird rate you must register and pay by 31 August 2025.

Pre-Symposium Tour

Participants attending the Irrigation Symposium are invited to join an optional pre-symposium tour, offering a valuable opportunity to explore key horticultural regions of Victoria. This curated three-day itinerary provides insight into regional production systems, irrigation practices, and water management, complemented by visits to notable cultural and environmental attractions. The pre-symposium tour is organised by FruitHelp. Please note that booking for the pre-symposium tour is separate from the main conference registration process. There will be a link to do so in your confirmation email following this registration process.

Cultural Tour - Friday Afternoon

An optional free cultural tour is being offered on the Friday afternoon after the conclusion of the conference program. Full details of the tour can be found HERE. Details of the tour are:

The optional complimentary cultural tour will celebrate the region’s heritage and natural beauty. The experience includes a visit to the Dharnya Centre, where you’ll gain insight into the culture and history of the Yorta Yorta people, followed by a trip to a local tea tree plantation to discover its unique uses and production. It’s a relaxed and engaging way to round out the event while connecting with the land, its stories, and its people. The Dharnya Centre sits at the cultural heart of Yorta Yorta Country, serving as a hub for learning, sharing knowledge, and fostering connection. Nestled within Barmah National Park, home to the world’s largest river red gum forest, this remarkable site offers visitors the chance to explore the traditions, stories, and wisdom of the Yorta Yorta people while taking in the stunning river landscapes, forests, and wetlands.

Insurance - Participants shall be regarded as carrying their own risk for personal injury or loss of property, including baggage, during the conference. We strongly recommend that, at the time of booking your travel, you take out travel insurance policy of your choice. The organisers are in no way responsible for any claims concerning insurance.

Disclaimer - Every effort is made to ensure that the contents of this registration information and program are correct. The organisers retain the right to make changes where necessary. The symposium organisers will not accept liability for any damages of any nature sustained by participants or their accompanying persons or loss or damage to their personal property for the duration of the conference and associated events.

Condition of Entry - It is a condition of entry that no delegate may disrupt the order of events or intent of the program. Anyone considered to be disturbing the program intent will be asked to leave. Only pamphlets and brochures approved by the event organisers may be distributed.

EFT Payments
You can generate your own invoice now for EFT payments. Bank account details will be on the invoice you receive when you complete the registration process. You may pay in full or part - as long as the full amount is received within 30 days of the conference.

Credit Card Payments
You may pay now via on line credit card payment (note a 1.8% merchant fee applies). You will be issued with a tax receipt/invoice showing a zero balance owing. This option only allows for the payment of the full amount outstanding.
