Registration Types

‘Early’ Registration – for Full Government/ Industry/Landcare registrations received prior to 5pm on Friday 11 September 2026. To be eligible for this rate, payment must be received by the early registration cut-off date. If payment is not received within this time, regular rates will automatically apply.

‘Standard’ Registration – for all registrations received after 5pm on Friday 11 September 2026. Please note registrations are not deemed confirmed until payment is received and payment must be received prior to the conference.

Virtual Attendance – use this option if you wish to attend remotely. This will give you real time access to the main plenary room (including the ability ask questions) as well as a copy of sessions recordings after the event. 

Optional Activities Only – use this option if you are only attending the evening functions and/or the Landcare Muster on Tuesday morning.

Registration Categories

Volunteer/Landholder registration – This rate is available for delegates who are self-funded (paying their own way) and/or representing a volunteer based community organisation. This rate includes all Conference materials, attendance at the Muster and daytime catering for each day of the conference, one ticket to the Welcome Function and a copy of sessions recordings after the event. The NSW Landcare Awards & Gala Dinner is not included but tickets can be purchased at the nominated rate. You must complete an application to be eligible for this rate. There are limited spaces available at this discounted rate.

Day Registration – For delegates who are unable to attend the full conference, there is a “Day Registration” rate available for attendance on the Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday only. Due to strict insurance considerations, ‘shared’ registrations are NOT allowed. Inclusions for day registrations: All Conference materials and daytime catering for chosen day. The day registration rates do not include entry to social functions (Welcome Function and NSW Landcare Awards & Gala Dinner), however delegates can purchase tickets for these events at the nominated rates.

Registration Inclusions – Inclusions for all full registrations: All Conference materials and day time catering for each day of the conference and one ticket to the Welcome Function and a copy of sessions recordings after the event. The NSW Landcare Awards & Gala Dinner ticket is NOT included in any registration package but can be purchased separatly.

Landcare Muster

The Landcare NSW Muster is a biennial forum where the voice of grassroots Landcarers provides input to the strategic direction and activities of Landcare NSW.  Your participation in the Muster is an important way that collectively we build a viable and resilient Landcare community contributing as a valued partner to a range of community, natural resource management and agricultural outcomes.

 

The Muster is being held on the Tuesday 26th October at the Corowa Memorial Hall between 8.30am and Midday. Following this the conference will begin at 1pm at Club Corowa a 10-minute walk or short bus shuttle away.  The forum is open to Landcare NSW members only. Please confirm your attendance here. There is no additional charge for attendance at the Muster.

The Full Government/Industry Registration includes the Welcome Function but not the NSW Landcare Awards & Gala Dinner.

Coach transfers

There are two shuttle bus services available. One for those requiring assistance getting from Albury airport to Corowa and back. The other for shuttles within Corowa during the event. Note that coach services are automatically included for the welcome function, gala dinner and field trips.

Shuttle bus transport between conference hub (Club Corowa) and accommodation zones in Corowa, Wahgunyah and Rutherglen. Bus stops are detailed on the conference website. Note that shuttle will ONLY operate to/from the bus stops specified on the conference website.

Registration Summary

Registration Conditions

Payment is required to confirm registration, and is due at the time your completed registration form is received. Full payment is required prior to the event. Please note that this is a strict condition of registration.

All cancellations must be made in writing (via email) to bradley@ccem.com.au. Registration fees will be refunded less a $150 cancellation fee for cancellations made prior to 5pm on Friday 9 October 2026. After this date we regret that no refunds will apply, however substitute delegates will be accepted. Please note that cancellation fees will apply whether or not payment is received at the time of registration. Refunds will either be processed to the credit card used, or to a nominated bank account if paid via EFT. By submitting the registration form, you are agreeing to these conditions.

Shared Registrations - Please note that one registration with payment must be received per attending delegate. Shared registrations are not permitted due to legal and insurance reasons. Day registration rates are available should you be unable to attend the full Conference.

Insurance - Delegate’s registration, accommodation and social function ticket fees do not include insurance of any kind. The organisers recommend taking out an insurance policy of your own choice with your local insurance or travel agent.

Disclaimer - Every effort is made to ensure that the contents of this registration website are correct. The organisers retain the right to make changes where necessary. Landcare NSW and Local Land Services and the conference coordinators, Countrywide Conference and Event Management, will not accept liability for any damages of any nature sustained by participants or their accompanying persons or loss or damage to their personal property for the duration of the conference and tour.

Condition of Entry It is a condition of entry that no delegate may disrupt the order of events or intent of the program. Anyone considered to be disturbing the program intent will be asked to leave. Only pamphlets and brochures approved by the event organisers may be distributed.

Terms and Conditions

Payment

You have 2 payment options

EFT Payments
You can generate your own invoice now for EFT payments. Bank account details will be on the invoice you receive when you complete the registration process. You may pay in full or part - as long as the full amount is received within 30 days of the conference.

Credit Card Payments
You may pay now via on line credit card payment (note a 1.8% merchant fee applies). You will be issued with a tax receipt/invoice showing a zero balance owing. This option only allows for the payment of the full amount outstanding.

You are required to book your own accommodation for the conference. Please see accommodation tab on the conference website for accommodation advice and suggestions.

A reminder that if you have registered for the special 'Early Rate' payment is required by 11 September. If payment is not received by that date your registration with convert to the Standard Rate.
