You are about to begin the registration process for the 2026 Australian Dairy Conference. All information should be typed in upper and lower case (i.e John Citizen). 

On submission of your registration you will receive an automated confirmation email which will include a tax invoice with payment details. Please check your confirmation to ensure you are booked for everything you wish to attend. Please note that to take advantage of the Early bird Rate registrations must be PAID IN FULL by Wednesday 17 December 2025.

Please note that if you want to register and manage a group of two or more delegates you can also use the Group Registration Portal. To take advantage of the 'Second and Subsequent' discount farmer rate, you must use the Group Registration Portal.

If you are a conference sponsor or exhibitor please use the sponsor registration link provided as part of your sponsorship confirmation. If you require any assistance please contact jessica@ccem.com.au.

Cancellation Policy

A full refund, less a $150 cancellation fee, will be made on any cancellations received by Friday 23 January 2026. No refunds will be issued for any registration cancellations made after Friday 30 January 2026, although substitute delegates will be accepted.

The ADC Morning Milk Run - Thursday Morning

At ADC 2026 join us for the ADC Morning Milk Run!! Those keen for an early morning start can join fellow farmers for a 3km run (or walk if you prefer) around the iconic 'Tan Track'. Kicking off at 6.15am on the Thursday morning for early bird dairy farmers looking to start their day the right way with a healthy start, the ADC Morning Milk Run is free, just let us know if you will be joining!

Cancellation Policy

Insurance

Participants shall be regarded as carrying their own risk for personal injury or loss of property, including baggage, during the conference. We strongly recommend that, at the time of booking your travel, you take out a travel insurance policy of your choice. The organisers are in no way responsible for any claims concerning insurance.

Disclaimer

Every effort is made to ensure that the contents of this registration brochure are correct. The organisers retain the right to make changes where necessary. The Australian Dairy Conference Ltd and the conference managers, Countrywide Conference and Event Management, will not accept liability for any damages of any nature sustained by participants or their accompanying persons or loss or damage to their personal property for the duration of the tour and conference.

Condition of Entry

It is a condition of entry that no delegate may disrupt the order of events or intent of the program. Anyone considered to be disturbing the program intent will be asked to leave. Only pamphlets and brochures approved by the event organisers may be distributed.



Payment Options

You have 2 payment options

EFT Payments
You can generate your own invoice now for EFT payments. Bank account details will be on the invoice you receive when you complete the registration process. Prompt payment is required so that your registration can be confirmed (registrations are not deemed confirmed until payment has been received).

Credit Card Payments
You may pay now via online credit card payment. You will be issued with a tax receipt/invoice showing a zero balance owing. This option only allows for the payment of the full amount outstanding. Please note there is a 1.5% credit card merchant fee.

Please note delegates are responsible for making their own accommodation bookings and arrangements. Melbourne offers extensive diversity of accommodation options within walking distance of the Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre (GCCEC), the CBD hub and the energy and highlights of the epicurean Victorian capital from arts, culture, sport and major events.
