A reminder that you are required to book your own travel and accommodation for the conference.
We encourage you to make the most of your conference experience by staying on site at the Royal Pines Resort (the conference venue). AMIC have negotiated corporate rates for the conference dates as well as the 3 nights either side in case you want to extend your stay.
Rooms rates start at $240.00 per night (Mountain View room – excludes breakfast) and includes up to two people in a room. Breakfast can be added at a rate of $30 per person. Room types and rates are as follows.
Mountain View & Deluxe Mountain View - $250.00 Room Only, per night
Superior King or Twin room - $280.00 Room Only, per night
Spa Suites - $350.00 Room Only, per night
Executive King or Spa rooms - $500.00 Executive package
