Registration Page - AMIC Meat Processing and Export Conference 2025

 

You are about to begin the registration process for the AMIC Meat Processing and Export Conference 2025 now on the 7th & 8th April. All information should be typed in upper and lower case (ie John Citizen).


On submission of your registration you will receive a confirmation email to the email address used below. Please complete the following information and ensure that the fields marked 'required' are completed before continuing on.

 

If you wish to register and manage a group, please use the group registration portal. This will enable you to manage the group (even if you are not attending) and receive one invoice. You will also be able to log back in at any time to check, change or add registrations for your group. 

 

If you are sponsor or exhibitor you will be sent a separate link for registering your staff to attend the conference. If you do not have that link, please contact Bradley Hayden.

Make your own meeting: We have a small selection of meeting rooms available to industry groups on this day.  We offer a business meeting room for free if your company is bringing 10 or more people to MPEC. Email bradley@ccem.com.au to discuss.

Conference Cancellation Policy

Should you elect to cancel your registration after confirming your attendance, a full refund less a $150 cancellation fee per registration will be made on any cancellations received by Friday 21 March 2025. No refunds will be issued for any registration cancellations made after March 21 although substitutions of delegates will be accepted. All cancellations must be made in writing to the conference manager.

Every effort is made to ensure that the contents of this registration brochure are correct. The organisers retain the right to make changes where necessary. The Australian Meat Industry Council and the conference managers, Countrywide Conference and Event Management, will not accept liability for any damages of any nature sustained by participants or their accompanying persons or loss or damage to their personal property for the duration of the conference and tour.

Condition of Entry

It is a condition of entry that no delegate may disrupt the order of events or intent of the program. Anyone considered to be disturbing the program intent will be asked to leave. Only pamphlets and brochures approved by the event organisers may be distributed.

Terms and Conditions


Payment

You have 2 payment options

EFT Payments
You can generate your own invoice now for EFT payments. Bank account details will be on the invoice you receive when you complete the registration process. You may pay in full or part - as long as the full amount is received within 30 days of the conference.

Credit Card Payments
You may pay now via on line credit card payment (note a 1.8% merchant fee applies). You will be issued with a tax receipt/invoice showing a zero balance owing. This option only allows for the payment of the full amount outstanding.

A reminder that you are required to book your own travel and accommodation for the conference.

We encourage you to make the most of your conference experience by staying on site at the Royal Pines Resort (the conference venue). AMIC have negotiated corporate rates for the conference dates as well as the 3 nights either side in case you want to extend your stay.

Rooms rates start at $240.00 per night (Mountain View room – excludes breakfast) and includes up to two people in a room. Breakfast can be added at a rate of $30 per person. Room types and rates are as follows.

Mountain View & Deluxe Mountain View - $250.00 Room Only, per night

Superior King or Twin room - $280.00 Room Only, per night

Spa Suites - $350.00 Room Only, per night

Executive King or Spa rooms - $500.00 Executive package
