You are about to begin the registration process for the 2025 Australian Dairy Conference. All information should be typed in upper and lower case (i.e John Citizen). 

On submission of your registration you will receive an automated confirmation email which will include a tax invoice with payment details. Please check your confirmation to ensure you are booked for everything you wish to attend. Please note that to take advantage of the Early bird Rate registrations must be PAID IN FULL by Wednesday 18 December 2024.

Please note that if you want to register and manage a group of 2 or more delegates you can also use the Group Registration Portal. To take advantage of the 'Second and Subsequent' discount farmer rate, you must use the Group Registration Portal.

If you are a conference sponsor please use the sponsor registration link provided as part of your sponsorship confirmation. If you require any assistance please contact jessica@ccem.com.au.

Cancellation Policy A full refund, less a $150 cancellation fee, will be made on any cancellations received by Thursday 24 January 2025. No refunds will be issued for any registration cancellations made after January 25, although substitute delegates will be accepted.

A fun session targeted primarily at younger delegates who may be nervous at the thought of embarking on this two-day extravaganza. An opportunity to meet the Programming Committee and get the 101 of how to make the most of your conference experience. The ADC Morning Milk Run

At ADC 2025 we are launching the inaugural ADC Morning Milk Run!! Those keen for an early morning start can join fellow farmers for a 3km run (or walk if you prefer) along the famous Gold Coast stretch of beach – and you never know who you may meet along the way!! Kicking off at 6am on the Thursday morning for early bird dairy farmers looking to start their day the right way with a healthy start with the sand beneath your toes or runners! ADC Morning Milk Run is free and brought to you by the Bega Group. Just tick the box and you are in!!


Pre Conference Tours

There are two optional day tours being offered prior to the conference on Tuesday 11 and Wednesday 12 February. The tours with depart and return to the Gold Coast each day. Accommodation is not included so you must arrange your own accommodation and thus can stay at the same accommodation as you are for the conference. Pick up and drop off point will be the Gold Coast Convention Centre.

Day tour to Southern Queensland dairy regions. Overnight Gold Coast – accommodation at your own arrangement

Wednesday 12 February 

Day tour to northern New South Wales dairy regions. Return to Gold Coast in time for ADC Welcome Function.

 

You can choose to attend both day tours or only one day of your choice.

Cancellation Policy

Insurance 
Participants shall be regarded as carrying their own risk for personal injury or loss of property, including baggage, during the conference. We strongly recommend that, at the time of booking your travel, you take out travel insurance policy of your choice. The organisers are in no way responsible for any claims concerning insurance.

Disclaimer
Every effort is made to ensure that the contents of this registration brochure are correct. The organisers retain the right to make changes where necessary. The Australian Dairy Conference Ltd and the conference managers, Countrywide Conference and Event Management, will not accept liability for any damages of any nature sustained by participants or their accompanying persons or loss or damage to their personal property for the duration of the tour and conference.

Condition of Entry
It is a condition of entry that no delegate may disrupt the order of events or intent of the program. Anyone considered to be disturbing the program intent will be asked to leave. Only pamphlets and brochures approved by the event organisers may be distributed.

EFT Payments
You can generate your own invoice now for EFT payments. Bank account details will be on the invoice you receive when you complete the registration process. Prompt payment is required so that your registration can be confirmed (registrations are not deemed confirmed until payment has been received).

Credit Card Payments
You may pay now via online credit card payment. You will be issued with a tax receipt/invoice showing a zero balance owing. This option only allows for the payment of the full amount outstanding. Please note there is a 1.5% credit card merchant fee.
