Registration Page - 2024 Local Government IT Conference


You are about to begin the registration process for the 2024 Local Government IT Conference. All information should be typed in upper and lower case (ie John Citizen).

On submission of your registration you will receive a confirmation email to the email address used below. Please complete the following information and ensure that the fields marked 'required' are completed before continuing on.

If you wish to register and manage a group of two or more delegates please click here to go to the GROUP REGISTRATION PORTAL to process your registrations. Note you must use the group option to take advantage of the 'Second & Subsequent' Council rate.

Corporate Delegate rate (non-Council Employees) Standard rate $1980.00

*To be eligible for the early bird or 'second and subsequent' rate registration must be received and paid by 6pm on Friday 18 October 2024.

Conference Functions

A ticket to the Welcome function and Casual Buffet evening on Wednesday night and the Conference Dinner on the Thursday night is included in the full registration fee and will automatically be included in your booking. If you do not plan to attend either of these functions please make a note below.

Accommodation at Opal Cove (the conference venue) is now booked out however we have secured a discounted rate at the nearby Pacific Bay Resort (where the dinner is being held) with rooms from $211.50 per night. Registration Summary

The following is a summary of your registration. Please click the 'Edit' button to the right should you wish to change your registration/booking details.

Cancellation Policy
Payment is required to confirm registration, and is due at the time your completed registration form is received. Delegates who still have outstanding registration fees at the time of the Conference will be required to complete a ‘Payment Guarantee Form’ which will require credit card details. If payment has not been received within 7 days after the event, the nominated credit card will be charged for any outstanding fees along with 1.8% merchant fee. Please note that this is a strict condition of registration. Tax Invoice and Receipts - please note that once paid, the registration form is recognised by the Australian Tax Office as a compliant Tax Invoice. Once payment has been received, a delegate confirmation letter will be emailed to the address given. All cancellations must be made in writing (via email) to bradley@ccem.com.au. Registration fees will be refunded less a $150 cancellation fee for cancellations made prior to 5pm on Friday 8 November 2024. After this date we regret that no refunds will apply, however substitute delegates will be accepted. Please note that cancellation fees will apply whether or not payment is received at the time of registration. Refunds will either be processed to the credit card used, or to a nominated bank account if paid via EFT. By submitting the registration form, you are agreeing to these conditions. Please note that one registration with payment must be received per attending delegate. Shared registrations are not permitted due to legal and insurance reasons. Day registration rates are available should you be unable to attend the full Conference. Condition of Entry - it is a condition of entry that no delegate may disrupt the order of events or intent of the program. Anyone considered to be disturbing the program intent will be asked to leave. Only pamphlets and brochures approved by the event organisers may be distributed.
Payment Page

EFT Payments
You can generate your own invoice now for EFT payments. Conference bank account details will be on the invoice you receive when you complete the registration process. You may pay in full or part - as long as the full amount is received within 30 days of the conference.

Credit Card Payments - Visa & Mastercard only
You may pay now via on line credit card payment (note a 1.8% merchant fee applies). You will be issued with a tax receipt/invoice showing a zero balance owing. This option only allows for the payment of the full amount outstanding. Should you wish to make a part payment by credit card please use the EFT option above and call the number on the invoice with your credit card details and the amount you wish to pay.
