PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE All exhibitors must have a minimum level of $10 million public liability insurance cover. Current evidence of your insurance cover is required prior to the show (either email/fax copy or provide copy for checking on arrival). Unfortunately we are no longer able to offer the purchase of ‘one off’ event Public Liability insurance, so all exhibitors will need to arrange their own.
ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT It is a requirement of the venue that any electrical equipment equipment plugged in at your site must have a current 'test and tag' safety lable on it. Items under 12 months old do not need to be checked, however evidence off purchase date will be required. Most electricians are able to test and tag or there are numerous test and tag agents on the market. It is likely we will offer a service on the Saturday prior to each event, but this will be confirmed in the immediate lead up to the event.
BRIDAL FAIR FASHION PARADES As in past years the ever-popular Fashions Parades will be presented as part of each Wedding Fair. The times of the parades will be 11.00am and 1.30pm. Each parade will be the same and will run for approximately 30 minutes. To be a participant in the fashion parades you must be a sole site holder (not a shared site holder) and must have finalized your site booking by Friday 19th january 2018 for the March Fair and Friday 15th June 2018 for July Wedding Fair. If you are interested in participating in the fashion parades please confirm your interest as part of the booking process. SITE BOOKINGS
All sites will be allocated strictly upon receipt of booking with required payment. All bookings will be confirmed via an automated email upon submission of your on line booking. A subsequent email will confirm your site allocation (based on your indicated preferences and availabilkity). All correspondence will be conducted via the email address provided. Please note that sites cannot be held, and thus guaranteed without the required payment.
CANCELLATION POLICY Sites cancelled on or before 5.00pm on Friday February 23rd, 2018 for the March event and Friday 29th June 2018 for the July event will be entitled to a full refund of payments made, less a $110 administration fee. Sites cancelled after these dates are not entitled to a refund of any payments made.
